Pros
Amazingly healthy work culture. Work from anywhere policy! As long as you get your work done, that’s all that matters. They really focus on the growth of all their employees. Team is phenomenal especially the upper management. They uphold their core values in every transaction whether internally or on client’s end.
Cons
Startup culture is not everyone’s cup of tea. There’s lack of set systems and procedures which many people might not be comfortable working with.
