Pros

The staff became instant family. I love them and miss them like family. There were many that would help you outside of work at a drop of a hat! Many of the staff are talented beyond there job description. KMG knows how to pick em!

Cons

Tooooo much corporate mentality. Kmg is ran mostly by seasonal staff (who many return for consecutive seasons) who I personally feel need solid benefits as if they were full time. Also hazard pay should be implemented as well as an allowance for vehicle maintenance. Getting to the private ranch is dangerous in the winter (many get in accidents on way to work), and takes a toll on vehicle year round. The staff need to be treated like the higher ups are treated. Keep them in the know honestly, utilize there other talents, appreciate them as if they were the president, because without the amazing staff that place would cease to exist. If you read guest comments, hands down the staff is PRAISED 99.999 % of the time. There are so many good people that work there, management as well. It would be nice if people there would just take care of on another. All in All, unforgettable job in a BEAUTIFUL STATE- MONTANA :)

Pros

Most of the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are fantastic people. CEO truly cares about individuals in the company as people and not pawns. Interesting work with unique customers.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. CEO cares about individuals, but is very hands off with the company. Management is unavailable most of the time (lots of empty back offices during the work week). Because it is such a small atmosphere, any toxicity is very easily spread. Very strong divide between upper management and "everyone else." Favoritism is very strong and blatant among upper management.
