      The schedule was so hectic that I didn't get time for anything else apart from work. And no mobiles and internet make your life tough in the organization.;

      Everything is taken care by one of the director for software department You can learn many new things

      Cons

      The technologies they are using are not upto date, instead of accepting that they change your mindset No work life balance, and management want employees to dedicate whole life to them
