Cons
1. Mostly works on deprecated technology and there is not much scope to work with latest features and methodologies. 2. Not recommended to work for too long as the job is very monotonous and gives very less opportunity to learn and grow. 3. You will get to face clients and be a part of a live project at a very early stage in your career but it can be a big con as you will not be improving your transferable skill. 4. Management needs to improve a lot and new methodologies should be implemented ASAP. 5. Good performers are overloaded with work with no recognition. 6. Lacks planning and scalability and thus it can be very frustrating at times. 7. Very less opportunity to learn and grow and thus is the reason for many of the experienced people leaving. 8. Management is too busy to not look into the actual problems. 9. No work-life balance as such. 10. Right people are not in the right positions and management focuses too much into unnecessary things and can make your life hell.
