Poor raise schedule. Poor raise amounts. Raises are not based on performance or departments overlooked. Lack of praise when needed. Only smoke break is lunch. Ceiling Leaks leaving some work areas wet. HR doesn't always have the answers needed. Excelling doesn't get you anywhere because most supervisors/managers don't pay attention or can't because they are too busy for individuals.
