      High quality work (also depends on projects) Co-operative and supportive team members Best place to work, if quality of work is the only factor that matters to you. Compensation is competitive (don't expect corporate IT benefits)

      Cons

      High attrition rate No corporate IT culture No family health insurance No Term insurance No comp-offs (starting mid-level : >2 Yrs) Central authority(CEO/CTO), process/guidelines are almost non-existent

      Pros

      Work quality is very good here and the utter most important things is that you can learn a lot of things here .HR is friendly and provide good working environment.

      less product and into only single filed

      Pros

      Not much work pressure, so no working late hours. Everybody is heard as long as they have something worth listening to. Projects are cool. They don't hold back when they increment your salary.

      Cons

      Options of what you get to work on are very limited since it is a small company. Slow personal growth.
