very hierarchial, many employees former FBI/military and had multiple negative experiences as a female working in that environment, pressure to work late / weekends. certain employees with highly technical skills were not held to professional standards and it was just accepted by leadership that they were difficult to work with and made the team work culture poor but that their skills were needed.
