1. On time salary. 2. Not much work pressure as most of work done by German counter part. 3. Good work life balance 4. Highly subsidized lunch
Cons
1. You may feel like German counter part is ruling on you. 2. You can not say "No" to German counter part and have to agree on everything. 3. Growth is very limited as you won't get R & D permission to try something new. 4. Top management is treating like factory environment where you don't get any right to raise your voice. 5. No cultural activity. 6. No attractive HR policy as only one resource is responsible for everything in HR. 7. Leave policy is very bad - 1 CL will be creating every month and you can not carry forward earned leaves to next year which makes employees to work without vacation. 8. Company is way behind the actual IT culture so think twice before joining.
