      Pros

      Good pay and great benefits. They are quick to promote you, knowing you aren’t ready, but with that comes a raise. Bonus system is good. Also the boss of a certain division will invite you over to the farm to smoke and drink. Nothing like getting high with your boss and watching everyone spend company money.

      Cons

      Advance you too quickly. Training of new techs is not what they make it out to be. Some racial adversity to deal with if you’re of color. Communication can break down and times.

      Fascism culture, seak on head managers, not even worth it to starting with them

      Cons

      Their entire power building up on manipulation, and exploitation, they create those kind circumstances when employers must depend on them while they, missuse the people, and please don't let me start with those female main share holders who get the young man's for personal use, sick culture
