      - Team really wants to solve problems and develop great solutions. - Founder (CEO) and other senior members are all really knowledgeable of technical stuff. - It is a company for those who really want to make a difference.

      - I see no cons even after working more than 2 years.

      Pros

      Empresa faz avaliações periódicas com reuniões mensais muito transparente, líderes se colocam a disposição. Muitas oportunidades, todo semestre muitas pessoas são reconhecidas e tudo está atrelado a desempenho, estagiários sempre tem oportunidade e são efetivados, a empresa proporciona muito desafio e aprendizado e a vivência se equipara a um MBA na prática. Lanches a vontade 🤗 CEO muito próximo e disposto a ajudar.
