Pros

Pay was great for the work and given that you need little to no job experience, that was great! Good benefits; medical, you could pay a littles month for dental, 401k matching, PTO accumulated, Christmas bonuses. Fun work experience doing tours.

Cons

No holiday pay and you will work on every holiday except Christmas day and New Years day. Upper management does not really care about work conditions or anything but saving money short term. Some bad managers, not zipline so much, but other departments are really bad with supervisors. Very biased. Sales walks all over the tours and dont take the time to understand how things should be run in the most efficient way, as well as, promising people things that can't actually be done.

Pros

Great team, and beautiful setting. Incredibly chill job, and can get nice tips.

Cons

Can be pretty dusty and get quite cold if it’s raining.

Pros

Environment. Scenery. Horses. Benefits. Literally nothing else.

Cons

Toxic workplace. Employees operate as childish high schoolers and spread lies about others. HR allows toxic behaviors, participates in the fun fest. Matters are not investigated after rumors hit HR, rather you are let go with out warning or ability to counter. Management lies and throws you under the bus despite there being no guidance, clear structure or expectations. Even with clear communication, managers will stab you in the back first chance you get. Management claims they need you to handle their unruly team with embedded behaviors that are enabled by HR, but when you do you are criticized and reprimanded for common sense stuff like running the clock for extra pay which is stealing from the company. Beware of 10+ year employees that throw you under the bus for personal gain.
