Pros
Fabulous people, fast-growing business, and a casual, friendly environment. Kuiu is growing fast, and doing so in an economically sustainable way. You'll be treated like a person, not a cog in the machine. They're great about updating titles to reflect your actual duties, and at least for me, compensation has followed the same way. The founder/owner wants this to be a great place to work, so he is always open to suggestions or questions. There's always something new happening, which not everyone loves...but I do. Give me new challenges any day over boredom.
Cons
A small company sometimes means you wear a lot of hats. This isn't always a bad thing, but for some people, it's not appealing. If you don't like a fast-moving work environment, you won't like it here--a fast product development cycle and a constant stream of new projects and ideas means a lot of change.
