The supervisors are the best! With a great president! You feel apart of something not a number.

Working inside everyday which is definitely not a con here in Texas. That’s just my personal con.

Some people watch your back,

poor management, poor 'HR', nepotism, clearly cares for certain type of people, low balls pay, never expect to be more then your position, favoritism, no inclusion, won't change or adapt to change but demands it, no accountability, finger pointing, supervisors think low of thier men, gossip, if you don't belong to the "IN" crowd you will never be.
