Pros

There are a few fun individuals to work with. Many interesting activities, including company lunches and team building exercises. An interesting albeit unconventional way to learn about the sales cycle from project inception through to manufacturing and delivery.

Cons

Poor training and little guidance as new hires are thrown into tasks within the first week, despite the supposed "90 day training period" discussed during hiring. Extremely heavy work load which is unevenly distributed. "Company favorites" will sit idle and are allowed to arrive late for work, take numerous breaks, and leave for long lunches. All the while a small few work very hard and handle the bulk of business. We are expected to perform miracles as the company's archaic operational practices make it impossible to move work through the system. Nonetheless, we are held accountable when things get backed up in this process; management does not have our back, even when another department is responsible. Raises and promotions are negligible except for the aforementioned "company favorites." Benefits are some of the worst in the industry. Very high co-pays and huge payroll deductions.

Pros

Working remote and traveling. Coworkers were pretty awesome. We had a good relationship.

Cons

Company owned by venture capitalist. Bottom line, pretty aggressive sales tactics toward high profile clients to appoint that would irritate the client having perfect reviews one month with a raise and next month I was laid off very laid off. I was told how my contribution was priceless to the business. I was left in surprise went out of the blue without any warning I was let go.
