None at all, the most horrible work experience I’ve ever had.
Cons
They will try and hire you for 3 months and that’s it… even with the full time contract (sneakily it’s not really because they can use and loose you) it’s a complete scam. Super confusing work culture, and no team collaboration. Do not believe the fake reviews!! They did the same thing to my manager (who had children) and used him for his SEO experience, and after he set it all up he fired him. Management told me it was because “he lied about something” but actually after speaking to him he said they fired him without warning, and locked him out of all of his accounts so he had no way of communicating with anyone to even say goodbye… the exact same thing happened to me which was completely traumatizing. The reasoning they gave me was because “they didn’t have anymore work for me” but I had emails from the day previous of work that needed to be done. Just shows you how unorganized and dishonest they are. I really am disgusted with this company and frankly didn’t even want to write this but felt the need to so others wouldn’t make the mistake i made for leaving a perfectly good job for them. (Also they think a chrome book is the perfect machine for graphic design so that should tell you something.)
