      Good exposure to a variety of clients. Potential to grow with plenty of support from management. Great, skilled people to work with.

      Cons

      Work Life balance can be challenging when volume spikes but that is the nature of the industry and is never permanent

      Great opportunity to learn and grow. Organization with flat hierarchy and gives equal opportunity for everyone to learn and grow.

      To each one is its own; but overall from career growth perspective, an apt place to work.

      Independent work culture, less hierarchy, more of a start up culture. Good option for people who need job desperately.

      Cons

      No Insurance or medical, no PF, gratuity, no overtime, poor office infrastructure.
