I had high hopes when I joined LA28, attracted by their stated commitment to core values and a supportive work environment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The company talks a great deal about its values, but in practice, it does not live up to them. Despite encouraging employees to speak up and align with these values, there is a clear pattern of retaliation against those who do. This creates a culture of fear and discourages open communication, which is essential for any healthy workplace. The management is more focused on maintaining appearances rather than fostering a genuinely supportive and ethical environment. Constructive feedback is often ignored or met with hostility, making it difficult for employees to feel valued or heard. Overall, my time at LA28 was disappointing. I hope they take steps to truly embody their values and create a more inclusive and supportive atmosphere for their employees.
