LA Click is an amazing place if you love a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The team is super supportive, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie. Leadership encourages new ideas and gives you the space to take full ownership of your own projects + clients. I've seen emotional leadership here in a way that I've seen nowhere else. Truly amazing. There’s always something new to learn, and you get to work on exciting campaigns. Plus, the flexibility and work-life balance are a big plus!

There isn’t a traditional career ladder, so if you’re looking for structured promotions or a clear hierarchy, this might not be the right fit. However, I don’t see this as a downside, as there are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, deepen your expertise, and grow in different ways.

Hybrid and remote work is great - but then sometimes it's difficult to create connection with people who just work from home. Having said that we have quarterly get togethers which are great Also, there is lots to do so you need to be able to focus and clearly define your priorities (hence some of the other comments)
