Great Place and Dynamic - Account Manager LA Prep Employee Review

First, only one review was done by an L.A. Prep employee, the others were done for a different company called "la prep". L.A. Prep in Signal Hill isn't perfect, but they try to treat the good employees with respect and reward loyalty. The bad ones get what they deserve, however not soon enough as they keep getting more chances to do damage. Pay is good and I've seen management try to make sure an employee gets enough hours to make a decent living, even if it's "make work".

Too many slackers get away with murder, brings the whole place down at times. They bad mouth management, but they sure take the paycheck instead of leaving to find out if the grass is really greener on the other side of the fence...it isn't!

I would never want anyone to go through what many of L.A. Prep employees have gone through its a proven fact.

The owner is all about him self and believes he is the biggest asset to his company not the employees. He stated that he will use every employee for every penny he can get out of them till they quit.
