      Pros

      Gary Lubin is a nice guy! Getting company leads.

      Cons

      .. company is run aweful. Internal breakdowns on every job. No inside communication with sales team during Project . Lack of customer support. The Owners lack of listening and total arrogance and accountability when company fails to put out a good install and/or fix problems they made to a customers home.. leaks ... tiles... etc...

      - High growth with dynamic work environment - Laying the "groundwork" for your department and standards - It was rare to be unproductive for a second - Bootcamp of sorts for high pace working - Network and meet a lot of folks with various backgrounds

      - Markets shifted which indirectly impacted working conditions - Unbalanced and unpredictable workload - Focus time on tasks limited was due to fast changing requirements - Stress levels were typically high due to leadership management style
