Horrible interdepartmental politics and a very negative and tense environment in the HR function. No sense of approachability or nurturing team members to perform and deliver. The "so called" leader has problems of anxiety and has extreme temperamental issues which ruins the basic morale of the team members. Abusive language and constant demeaning on your petty mistakes ...has been the culture in the human resources function.
