      Os beneficios sao bons, são os praticados por multinacionais , nada de especial a politica salarial , vc deve combinar bem antes de entrar , tem estacionamento gratuito

      Apesar de pregarem a exaustao valores eticos , na pratica isso é inexistente, chefes extremamentes centralizadores, opinioes nunca sao aceitas ou consideradas mesmo que vc seja especialista naquilo que faz

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
