Pros
Great group of folks to work with. The work can be challenging at times but there is real growth potential, personally and financially. Pay and benefits are substantial with a significant bonus program. This is a plant where you can grow a rewarding career if you apply yourself and look for opportunities.
Cons
Greensboro is a small plant, compared to many and we fly a bit by the seat of our pants, so to speak, but that is what makes it interesting for me. To some it might seems a bit disorganized at times. If you require significant structure to thrive this might not be the plant for you, but if you like a challenging environment and latitude to grow you should check us out.
