      Management is very old school are not with the times. They ignote seniority and experience. Alot of favouritism.

      Great Pay, Friendly Peers and very professional environment

      Cons

      Everything is need to know. Way too siloed! Culture says to take ownership, but without being able to improve a process. Takes too longer to be recognized and promoted, unless your supervisor is willing fight for you or take on the extra work in replacing you.
