      Jobs not that hard easy if you apply yourself

      Bad management, doesnt care for the well being of their employees or their safety Pay is not up to standard with work load Reactors and machines not up to code

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
