      No one is really paying attention to anything so you can work on whatever you would like.

      Cons

      Management expects you to increase Sales. When you bring ideas on how to accomplish that task, they tell you to be quiet and do what you are told.

      Great Pay, Friendly Peers and very professional environment

      Everything is need to know. Way too siloed! Culture says to take ownership, but without being able to improve a process. Takes too longer to be recognized and promoted, unless your supervisor is willing fight for you or take on the extra work in replacing you.
