Pros
The social aspects are obvious - they have a team of people who plan events - to get the whole company to get together and have a good time. They do this around holidays - and are very creative about it. I remember one time they had brought in a Leprechaun - a little person dressed in a costume, handing out candy - and then he was handing out beer in the dining area. It's great because they have beer on Tap - but at the time, it was empty most of the time ... for good reason ;). Everyone has a nice workload, and they encourage team work which is great!
Cons
I would say I felt too rushed, and it seemed like since the internet tech industry is always growing - with all of the new tech -- it seemed kinda chaotic. Overall, I'd say it would be a good job to try out. A website designer showed up -- and he only stayed on for a month or two. My perspective was there is a lot of pressure to perform under tight deadlines, and produce too much quality under the time crunch.
