      Pros

      Working alongside very good accountants you will learn a lot about statutory accounts. Generally friendly employees, good study programme.

      Cons

      Salary is awful, everyone is relatively local to the office so not particularly interesting and has a small town mentality. Work can be very repetitive with little client interaction or understanding of the business.
