Loved working on the isolation unit, good team with good teamwork! Uses epic.
Cons
High Stress and turnover of staff. many new nurses in the ED especially on the night shift. Staff can be "Cliquey." Patient population is mainly unhoused that need a place to sleep. Measly .20 cent raises. Your just a spot on the schedule there.
