Laurie Dejong always says "the people come first and she lives by that. The culture and people at LDJ is the best part about working at LDJ. PTO is flexible due to the nature of the work. LDJ is more of a family than a work place.

- This isn’t specific to the intern role, but the schedules seem very flexible and there appears to be a really nice work–life balance. - Amazing community and culture — overall, an incredible workplace.

- As an intern, the job can feel a bit slow. Rather than learning as you go with quick momentum, I would have loved to learn a bit more and be on more projects instead of primarily doing admin or receptionist work, which I didn’t entirely expect.
