You need to be your own leader here, which is good & bad. They don’t provide incentives for the communication or production teams to grow; Regardless of when a project goes right. This agency has the best networking platform, but they have very limited resources. This place is great for the young & hungry - but it’s almost impossible to get a reasonable wage. After years with the agency I was sad to never feel invested in - even after taking on more & more responsibility
