Pros

There are no pros to working for this company, seriously.

Cons

Poor Salary Poor/Unprofessional Management Racist Nepotism at its best Dawn Spencer was the biggest mistake the company made. The owner of the company loves to say "your reputation is all you have in this industry." Well that clearly was taken in consideration when they hired her. Would not be surprised if this company goes under in the coming years

Pros

There is opporyunity to grow in this company. The holidays/PTO and 1 flex day off during the month were great.

Cons

Employees are overworked in all departments; there is shortage of staff and a high turnover rate. There wasn't a sense of clear direction/answer(s) from upper management when seeking help or were learning something new. You have to be beyond persistent and follow up numerous times to receive an answer while your work load doesn't stop. The corporate setting environment is unpleasant as well and the cubicle setting is not favorable.

Cons

Terrible company to work for that values micromanagement straight from Owners Syd mouth. I was laid off after baby announcement to HR. My position was suddenly not needed anymore. Very unprofessional management. Do yourself a favor and avoid this mom and pops ran business. I worked on Bonterra CrossCreek and Bonterra Woodforest as a Onsite Facilities Mnanger. Client was Taylor Morrison FYI!
