staff at centers are mostly fantastic.

Head Office sucks, toxic culture, so poorly run I think it probably won't last long.

I love working at Lead because I get to spend time with the children I can educate and teach. I love to help children regulate their emotions and feelings. I love helping children find fun in expressing their love for learning. I love to be a person the children can trust and love. I love learning about different life styles and cultures, children have. I love making friendships with my peer employee's and the centre feeling like a second home to me. I really enjoy working for a company that is organized, flexible with routines, and allows me to learning on the go and feel confident in my capabilities.

At times, employees will gossip, do Chinese whispers, or involve them selfs in others half herd conversations and have options. I have experienced this and it wasn't a nice feeling.
