Pros
Excellent work culture with approachable colleagues. There's a lot of teamwork and discussions between different teams where we focus more on implementation and less on paper work. The company also offers many benefits including team lunches, remote work options, and morning coffees, making the office a great place to work. Ultimately, I would recommend working here.
Cons
Over the past six months, there's been a concerning trend of sudden and frequent changes with little explanation. Transparency has significantly decreased (wasn't any in the first place), leaving employees feeling distrustful. The numerous layoffs have only exacerbated this lack of trust, creating a tense and uncertain atmosphere in the company's culture.
