Pros
Most employees leave by 5 o’clock. Complimentary fruit and biscuits available in the kitchen. (That's a big Pro here) Just like most places, some nice people working there
Cons
Poor work environment characterised by micromanagement and a toxic culture. Constant gossip and drama. The company experiences an exceptionally high churn rate with around 80% of employees leaving and being replaced during my time there. Low salaries and questionable practices.
