Cons
Overworking, underpaying and somehow taking the company back to the 50s. They have taken away employees' ability to work from home as well as flexible hours, basically if you have a family or have anything else to do (besides work clearly) you are screwed.They sent out a scathing email to employees that basically told them to fly a kite if they had any interest in challenging the new system or work different hours! There is little room for advancement as they keep hiring new upper level positions from outside though they claim to "promote from within" and then the new upper levels have no interest in learning how the systems work. The system is broken and no one who can make changes cares to listen to the problems, or those who could have made the changes were laid off or have made the brilliant decision to get out.
