      Good benefits and decent health insurance.

      Cons

      Continuous turnover and unfilled openings put more burden on existing employees. Weak leadership. Shame to see a once great company run into the ground with poor leadership

      Pros

      Everyone in the USC office is super friendly and they have great benefits.

      Cons

      You are required to go into the office 3 days a week. I personally like getting to see people, but some people may not enjoy that.
