      Pros

      LELO gave me the chance to work with amazing professionals and get involved since the beginning with top projects, with lots of responsibilities. The company culture is also very forward thinking and they put lots of effort in making sure everything they do is of best quality.

      Cons

      Pressure is quite high, specially if you are working directly with C level people. Bosses are usually very busy and you will have to get things done by yourself.

      - cool products - very interesting marketing - retail challenges, you learn a lot - Good team

      Cons

      - The US team is small,most of the employees are in Europe and China, so time differences are what I did not like
