      Unprofessional management Blame culture is rife Make believe reviews all added around the same time are blatant lies 4 CEOs in less than 3 years speaks for itself

      Pros

      Employees have a voice, management may not always agree with the comment(s), but employees do have a voice. The owner truly cares about the employees. LEMAN has integrity and morals which they stand by daily. The salaries could be better, but they are also not a Billion $ company.

      Cons

      Management can be slow in making the right decision. They hold on to incompetent employees too long.
