The GM is making great changes at LEMO to treat everyone fair and equal.

There are some negative people that are not willing to change.

Friendly employees and a nice building

Low compensation, very low raises 1-2%, sometimes you don't get a raise. Also every year we were told health benefit costs are increasing since "too many people are using the health benefits"
