- LG H&H is known to have a “Bully culture.” Superiors treat direct reports like garbage. Talk down to them, ignore them, railroad their contributions. - Not in touch with the rest of the working world. Laptops always have issues. AC often broken. You are retaliated against if you suggest it’s too hot to be inside. One day was 89 degrees. - strict internal rules. Only allowed to talk to your supervisor and your team. Very weird and controlling. -High turnover rate. Five people were fired in two months when I was there. Lots of people started and then either quit or got fired after one or 2 days. - Laughable PTO. Once ur eligible for it, u are punished for taking it. - set you up to fail. No formal review process. Hard to get in touch with anyone else other than your boss. - Dishonesty. You will get positive feedback and then be told your work was sub par. -overall I was harassed, beat down, lied to, and fired with no severance and immediate insurance cut off. Also denied employment (but ultimately, it was granted when I protested thru the state.)
