LGBT Network has a great work environment where your able to be yourself and express your opinions. It's great to see an organization that changes with the times, Put employees needs at the forefront and really works hard to provide the LGBT community with the programs and services that it needs. Even though the organization is not extremely large, there are plenty of advancement opportunities if you are willing to put the work in to get one. It's a great place to start your career journey or to come in as a seasoned person that can bring extra experience to the different roles

Small team, so sometimes your work responsibilities are outside the peramaters, For me i take that as an opportunity to learn.

I met some cool people.

Just stay away. The CEO pockets donation money, and the organization is mired in legal issues. The network exploits employees, fueling a high turnover rate, and offers no pay adjustments when workload increases. Management couldn’t care less about the relationships you build with participants or families, and they’ll feed false stories to clients when letting staff go. They’ll smile to your face, then undermine you behind your back. Harassment by strangers or even higher-ups is ignored. Expect to work yourself to exhaustion with zero appreciation. And judging by the luxury cars in the parking lot, you’d never guess this was a nonprofit.
