They use scare tactics and fear to force production.
This place will drain you mentally.
Their entire business model is aggressive sales and using both employees and candidates to their advantage.
This company does not care about human beings.
You are just a number to them.
You will need therapy during and after employment.
Recruiters are leaving in droves.
It's so toxic. So very toxic.
They preach about creating a beautiful working world, meanwhile, they do not provide that environment to their employees or their contractors.
