Pros
Honestly, if you are looking for a team that backs you and wants the best in your personal career growth, I would highly recommend LHi Group. Good humans, fun/family culture and lots of opportunity. Yes you have to put in the work, but in recruitment you benefit from the work you are willing to put in!
Cons
It's a sales job, so not your typical 9-5. You have to be mentally onboard with that.
