Pros

- Employee owned so provides the opportunity for all employees to financially benefit from the growth in the Group rather than just 1-2 shareholders. - Willing to listen and be flexible (flexible working practices, management level salary reviews, - Brilliant CEO who inspires all employees and is the opposite to your standard Staffing CEO - I have been in the Group for over 5 years and the environment provided and the people therein, makes me want to contribute my best self to the Group, and see LHi as part of my long term future. - With an established global office presence, there are genuine opportunities to enhance your career with an overseas postings. - Quarterly updates provide a transparent insight as to how the Group is performing. - The "good humans" phrase is not just a cliche, they don't want bad people in the business.

Cons

- Make sure that as they continue to grow, they do their best to maintain the environment (which can differ office to office), that has made them successful in the past. - Need to be more consistent in the performance management of employees - Don't want to open a Sydney office (personal gripe)
