No cons come to mind for me.

Honestly, none, my 3 years here have felt so disjointed from them as I’m a contractor. Don’t really feel any company culture for contractors.

Where do I start? The benefits are deplorable, the PTO is substandard, there is no separate sick leave, pay is average and market based, no bonus structure other than annual reviews, no discounts on things in the area, it’s just the bare minimum. They did not advocate for employees to retain a hybrid working schedule, everyone went from 0-5 days in office at a moments notice. Didn’t advocate for proper working conditions on client site. No apologies other than we know sits hard. No back pay during the gov shutdown. Had to use all PTO to get paid during that time and go negative PTO during that time.
