Horrible Upper Management - Anonymous employee LIFESCAN LABORATORY Employee Review

Operations is terrible. There have been 5 directors in that role in 1.5 years because they get zero support from the 2 running the show. Specimens are not transported properly and are compromised daily. Don’t trust results. Phlebotomists and couriers drive around for hours with specimens in their cars without following any IDOT regulations. Run if you have any sort of morals or values to the services your provide your clients.
