Culture is CEO-focused, with CEO acting as CFO, CMO, CSO, and GOD. Cronyism abounds, with backchannel communications over-riding assigned organizational responsibilites. Product quality is secondary to release schedule; release schedule is secondary to sudden urgent opportunities which never pan out. Much-publicized Executive Team brought in to woo VCs gone once VCs declined to invest.
