Field sales and service team feels like they cannot take earned vacation, while the folks at corporate have no problem taking time off. Massive supply chain issues: parts needed by service technicians are consistently on backorder, nails and staples that customers usually buy are on backorder a lot. The industrial supply side of the business is a joke. Professionally pigeon holed. No room for advancement or raises.
