No more the same. Management has become heartless and too money minded where the comfort of the employees has become the last thing on their list. The change in Manager in my team was extremely gruesome, gloomy and horribly discouraging as the new manager's not very skilled and professional + make bias decisions. The opportunities of traveling had been reduced. Trainings are no more given. Shifts have been introduced to exploit employees because we are cheaper as compared to France. Peanuts/Junior Salary for senior jobs. The new management is becoming worst and worst. Soon the site will be closed as many people resigning. Futile stress and pointless pressure. There is no more space for yoga in the new building. Cafeteria is too small. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm planning to resign.
